The present work considers the study and the juridical consequences of the transition from minority to adulthood in the former Kingdom of Valencia. More specifi cally, it addresses issues such as the necessary presence of the tutor or guardian of the minor, his juridical incapacity or the prohibitions to which they were subjected.
